About the role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely, with the potential for proximity to Los Angeles and an office in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging user experiences and interfaces across a variety of digital platforms, including corporate websites, B2B and B2C platforms, e-commerce sites, web applications, and mobile apps. You will collaborate closely with the growth marketing team to create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and other assets. Additionally, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining design systems that align with client brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across multiple channels. The role involves presenting concepts directly to clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering high-quality design assets for seamless implementation by developers. This position offers the chance to work on high-profile projects with a talented, cross-cultural team, contributing to the growth of some of the most influential brands worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging user experiences and interfaces for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, web applications, and mobile apps
• Create compelling visual assets for marketing initiatives, such as newsletters, landing pages, and campaign materials
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across multiple channels and client brands
• Define and guide the artistic direction for brands across various materials and platforms
• Present design concepts and prototypes directly to clients during weekly meetings, gather feedback, and secure approvals
• Manage and deliver design work for approximately five active client projects each month
• Prepare organized and developer-ready design assets, ensuring adherence to client brand standards and optimized delivery

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI design within an agency or fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, UX, and branding
• Proven experience designing high-performing landing pages and marketing websites
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Advanced skills in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and collaborative workflows
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience working closely with developers to translate designs into functional products
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Availability to work in Pacific Time (Los Angeles)
