UX / UI Designer (Allrounder)

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces that make TXT.com easy and enjoyable to use.
• Develop mockups and prototypes to illustrate key interactions and guide the development process.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure a unified design approach that meets both business and user needs.
• Gather insights from user interactions to drive iterative improvements across our platform and marketing materials.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
• Apply current design and UX/UI trends, especially in digital engagement and the creator economy, to elevate our designs.
• Affiliate in developing landing pages, marketing materials, social media assets, and more, ensuring all designs reflect the TXT.com brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with exposure to a wide range of design tasks (e.g., social media, marketing assets); experience with SaaS or digital platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; familiarity with tools like Photoshop or Illustrator is beneficial.
• A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects as well as landing pages or marketing materials that demonstrate your versatility.
• A strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a desire to further develop your user-centered design techniques.
• An adaptable, "allrounder" mindset with the ability to take on diverse design tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• An attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
