About the role

As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to our clients. You will work remotely and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and online chat
• Document issues and solutions for future reference
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely responses

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with common IT tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols

Skills

• Technical proficiency in multiple programming languages
• Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
