UX/UI Designer - $76.92 - $96.15 per hour

About the role

This opportunity is for a Senior UX/UI Designer focused on improving and refining complex product experiences. The role centers on auditing existing workflows, simplifying user interactions, and strengthening consistency through design systems. You will play a key role in enhancing usability across the product, ensuring that complex workflows become intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate for end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing UX guidance and design perspective to the product team.
• Review the product to identify areas where the design system should be implemented and create actionable tasks to drive improvements.
• Proactively evaluate key workflows and improve their usability and intuitiveness.
• Simplify overly complex user experiences and translate them into clear, user-friendly interaction patterns.
• Apply established design system rules consistently and contribute to evolving UX patterns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with demonstrated ability to solve complex product challenges.
• Strong portfolio showcasing before-and-after case studies that highlight problem-solving and impact.
• Ability to understand different user types and translate their needs into intuitive workflows.
• Proven ability to simplify highly complex workflows and improve usability.
• Experience introducing new features or workflows in a way that drives user adoption.
• Deep knowledge of UX patterns and navigation design for complex systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of accessibility principles.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Interest in continuously improving skills, tools, and design practices.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma is a plus.
• Experience working with and applying established design systems in Figma.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design or coding for UX is a plus.

Pay

$160,000 – $200,000 per year
