About the role
We are inviting experienced professionals in product management, and UX/product design leadership roles to participate in upcoming research projects focused on workflow management tools and development processes. We are particularly interested in individuals who are involved in evaluating, selecting, purchasing, or making decisions about workflow management tools within their organizations.
Responsibilities
- Complete a paid screener to help us assess your background and suitability for specific research tasks
- Participate in AI-moderated interviews/written tasks
- Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
- Share insights about workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs
Requirements
- Hold a Manager-level position or above
- Work in Product Management, or UX/Product Design
- Currently use, or are actively considering using, workflow management tools
- Participate in decision-making regarding development, product, or workflow management tools within an organization
Qualifications
- Manager-level experience or higher in product management, or product design functions
- Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
- Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows
- Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools
Skills
- Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is required.

TBD, but researchers tend to pay up to $200 per hour.
