UX Designer III

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX Designer III to join our team in Cupertino, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role will focus on designing innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user-centered solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX strategies.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to ensure optimal user experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
