Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design experience, ideally with B2B or enterprise software
- Experience designing for both web and mobile
- A portfolio showing end-to-end work
- Comfort working independently and making decisions
- Hands-on experience with modern design tools
- Experience running or contributing to user research and usability testing
- Strong communication skills
- Positive collaboration skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3–5 years of product design experience
- Portfolio of shipped product work demonstrating end-to-end design process
Nice to Have
- Experience building or significantly contributing to a design system
- Prior experience as an early or solo designer at a company
- Familiarity with complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, or admin tooling
