UX Designer

About The Role The role owns the end-to-end user experience across core product surfaces, translating complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, elegant digital interfaces. The team collaborates closely with product managers, user researchers, and frontend engineers to define the product vision, build scalable design systems, and deliver experiences that resonate with users. Key Responsibilities Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma for web and mobile platformsConduct formative and summative usability testing sessions, translating qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics into actionable design iterationsContribute to and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and design token alignment across all product componentsPartner with product managers to define feature scopes, scope out user stories, and advocate for user-centric solutions throughout the product lifecycleCollaborate with frontend engineers during implementation to ensure design fidelity, smooth micro-interactions, and adherence to accessibility standardsPresent design concepts and rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, synthesizing feedback into coherent product direction What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional UX/UI design experience focusing on complex web applications or mobile productsMastery of modern design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem solving and systematic thinkingSolid understanding of information architecture, interaction design patterns, user research methodologies, and WCAG accessibility standardsDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate technical constraints into design opportunitiesBachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Cognitive Science, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with frontend development (HTML, CSS, React), design token architecture, or quantitative analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude
