UX/AI Experience Designer

About the role

This role is Remote but does require 1-2 visits per month to the client in Denver. Must be willing and flexible to travel to be considered for the role. Travel expenses will be covered.

Requirements

• Strong background in UX, AI Experience Design, UX Research; along with supporting portfolio
• Hands-on experience with Figma "vibe coding" and modern AI-powered prototyping tools
• Experience with journey mapping, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies
• Ability to facilitate discovery sessions and ask thoughtful, probing questions to uncover user needs
• Comfortable presenting work to stakeholders and executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Designing user-friendly experiences that support AI adoption, governance, and self-service solutions
• Translating user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes into dashboards, scorecards, workflows, portals, and AI/BI tools
• Prioritizing collaboration with business, AI, data, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Leading discovery sessions, journey mapping, and user research to uncover needs and improve experiences
• Creating intuitive, role-based experiences aligned with enterprise standards and best practices
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-powered design and development tools
• Presenting concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Ensuring solutions are simple, scalable, reusable, and aligned with AI-native design principles
