- Operate dish washing machine according to procedure manual
- Load proper soap and rinse chemicals
Stock and Empty Kitchen
- Stock delivered food and non-food items
- Empty and clear garbage bins
- Breakdown of boxes
Deep Cleaning
- Deep clean kitchen and equipment
Training and Seminars
- Attend all training and in-service seminars
Work Environment
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Strive to maintain a safe working environment
- Avoid accidents, preserve equipment, achieve safe working practices
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or have a workers permit
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Pass a state, federal background check and drug test
