UTILITY WORKER – Overview

Utility Workers support multiple departments, performing essential hands-on tasks that keep operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Grind, sand, paint, and clean materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Absorb and assist with layout, drilling, and basic fitting tasks
• Conduct air and hydro pressure testing
• Support jacketing, topcoat, and shipping areas
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or industrial labor preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read basic blueprints is a plus
• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
• Physically capable of hands-on work

Physical & Work Environment

• Lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Stand, bend, and work in confined spaces throughout the shift
• Comfortable working around steel, heat, sharp edges, and chemicals
• Commitment to safe work practices and teamwork
