Utility Worker - Maintenance

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provides support to the Maintenance Department and Technicians (e.g. vehicle washing, vehicle or facility cleaning, vehicle fueling, vehicle seat repair, fluid checks, facility maintenance, etc.) in accordance with established schedules
  • Drives company vehicle to locations
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment and brings any unsafe practices or conditions to the attention of supervisor
  • Records time and materials used for each assignment
  • Provides automotive repair and maintenance assistance to technical staff as assigned

Skills Required And Physical Demands

  • Ability to multitask and pay extreme attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and problem solve
  • Comfort with computer related skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to lift 25+ pounds, climb stairs, and be on your feet for an extended period

Hard Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications: 1 year or more of janitorial or auto detailing experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required
  • Valid Driver's License in state where job is located
