About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing utility systems in residential and commercial areas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
- Respond to customer requests for service within established response times.
- Perform preventative maintenance on utility equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Texas driver’s license.
- Experience in utility maintenance or related field preferred.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Skills
- Knowledge of utility systems and maintenance techniques.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
