Utility Worker (Full Time)

Maintain sanitary condition

• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and equipment

Operate Dish Washing Machine

• Operate dish washing machine according to procedure manual
• Ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing

Stock and Clean Kitchen

• Remove damaged or broken dishes, utensils, and glassware from service
• Stock delivered food and non-food items
• Empty and clear garbage bins
• Breakdown of boxes
• Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment

Training and Compliance

• Attend all training and in-service seminars
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Strive to maintain a safe working environment
• Prevent accidents, preserve equipment, achieve safe working practices

Behavior and Attitude

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or have a workers permit
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Pass a state, federal background check and drug test
