Utility Steward/Dishwasher (Part Time) - Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

About the Role

As a Utility Steward at Hilton Hawaiian Village, you’ll keep our kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean while delivering memorable experiences that brighten every guest’s stay. Located on the widest stretch of beach in Waikiki, our resort offers guests access to Duke Kahanamoku Beach & Lagoon, renowned pools, and a water slide. We’re hiring Part-Time Utility Stewards/Dishwashers to support outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities

• Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans, and burnish silver to keep serviceware spotless
• Monitor stock levels to ensure supplies and equipment are always well-stocked and organized for seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by performing essential tasks, including mopping and trash removal
• Support event delivery by preparing and setting up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
• Train and mentor new stewards to strengthen team performance
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being

Schedule

Part-time positions with shifts available in the morning, afternoon, and overnight. Must provide 5 days of scheduling availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
