Essential Job Functions/Duties

• Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, cookware, dishes, flatware, glassware, utensils, and food preparation areas.
• Clear dishes and service items from all Food & Beverage outlets and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Replenish clean dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen supplies throughout the property.
• Break down and thoroughly clean kitchen equipment using approved cleaning products and procedures.
• Transport kitchen floor mats from outlets for cleaning and return them to the appropriate locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing and stewarding area.
• Auxiliary support for Food & Beverage Attendants and other team members as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Attend required department meetings and training sessions.
• Provide outstanding service to both guests and fellow team members.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

WORK SCHEDULE

• This is a full-time position supporting a 24/7/365 gaming and hospitality operation.
• Team members must be available to work assigned shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• This Position Requires Frequent Standing, Walking, Bending, Lifting, Reaching, And Repetitive Hand Movements In a Fast-paced Kitchen Environment.
• Team Members Must Be Able To Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Work around commercial kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, heat, and noise
• Perform repetitive cleaning and dishwashing tasks
• Safely handle kitchen equipment and supplies while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
