We are a highly reputable and successful, Employee-Owned contractor delivering complex infrastructure projects across the nation. We are seeking an experienced Utility Manager to support projects throughout the Mountain States region.

You’ll work alongside one of the most talented teams in the industry, delivering large, complex civil infrastructure projects that strengthen communities. Our teams take pride in solving tough challenges, supporting one another, and building projects that make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility coordination across major infrastructure projects
• Manage relationships with utility providers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
• Identify and resolve utility conflicts during design and construction phases
• Support project teams with planning, sequencing, and execution of utility work
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and utility regulations

Requirements

• Experience managing wet and dry utilities on large civil or transportation infrastructure projects
• Background working with DOTs, municipalities, and utility owners
• Strong coordination skills across contractors, engineers, and project teams
• Ability to anticipate and resolve complex underground utility conflicts in the field

Pay

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
