Job Responsibilities
- Monitor/Inspection - 50% Visually inspect, monitor and record readings of boiler, pumps and air compressors temperature and pressure, compression tanks pressure, and outside air temperature on an hourly basis.
- Water Chemical Analysis/Treatment - 10% Water chemical analysis and treatment for boilers, city water, system water, colling towers water and water softeners. Adjust treatment program to maintain proper chemical balance.
- Maintain Environment - 20% Maintain clean environment for proper function and operation of equipment and computers.
- Preventative Maintenance - 20% Perform preventative maintenance on a daily, monthly and annual basis depending on function and use.
