Utility Person - Paving - Construction
About the role
Pike Industries, Inc., a subsidiary and integral part of CRH, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team. This position offers a challenging career opportunity in the highway contracting industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform general laboring and construction duties
- Operate paving equipment
- Work on various paving projects throughout the state
- Work outside and learn a trade
Requirements
- $21.00 /hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential
- Per Diem and travel time
- Annual increase potential
- OT after 8
- Paid Time Off
- $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited
- 80% of health care paid by the Company
