About the role
Our Cincinnati team, composed of 34 people, is integrated into the Special Chemical global business unit and focuses on the production and delivery of quality Alumina and Nocolok products in collaboration with our Solvay support teams and executive leadership.
You will safely operate chemical processes and auxiliary systems following procedures, work instructions, and special instructions.
- Reporting and receiving information regarding unit status, operational problems, quality defects, production requirements, and maintenance information.
- Sampling products.
- Making sure equipment and processes are monitored and adjusted.
- Loading and unloading packaging and finished products.
- Performing minor maintenance activities to support reliable equipment operations.
- Completing safety and environmental checks and reports.
- Conducting inventory checks.
- Supporting and participating in continuous improvement.
About you
- A high school diploma (or GED).
- Relevant work experience in chemical or manufacturing industries.

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the USA base pay reasonably expected for this role is $25.86/hr to $30.42/hr, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
