Utility Operator C

Job Responsibilities

• Keeping the yard clean by picking up cross outs, banding, strips, etc.
• Wrapping bundles of ties with metal strapping for ties as they have been produced.

Position Requirements/Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Able to follow directions
• Able to withstand long hours of work while standing or moving
• Maintain good eye to hand coordination
• Must have dependable transportation

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Maintain good clean work area
• Identify quality issues
• May involve repetitive movements
• Lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling as necessary
• Due to the open environment, must be able to work in extreme weather and temperature conditions
