Utility Operator
About the role
Looking for Utility Operators to work in Metro and Rural Minnesota as well as outlying areas. Preferred Experience (but not required) in operating larger vehicles that contain robotic equipment that require a Class B drivers license. Looking for future team members to have a positive attitude and a self-starter mentality and enjoy working outside in the Minnesota's four seasons.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain equipment utilizing a variety of skills including mechanical inclination, computer proficiency, reading and writing, and clear communication.
- Participate in in-house training for specialized equipment.
- Work flexible hours, generally 40 hours per week or more, starting from 6:00 am to 8:00 am, with occasional overtime and overnight stays.
- Work in various locations, including rural and urban areas, and may require working after hours and occasionally on weekends.

Physical Requirements
To be able to lift 50-75lbs on a regular basis, and to cope with several variations of weather that come from the four seasons of Minnesota and four state area.

Pay
Details on pay are not specified but are commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Generally 40 hr weeks or more, start time ranges depending on the location of the worksite, generally starting no earlier than 6:00 am and no later than 8:00 am. Requirements of the job will require the need to work after hours from time to time and generally do not work weekends.
