Utility Maintenance- Days

General Responsibility

Responsible for housekeeping on the manufacturing floor and maintaining the oil reclaim area.

Job Responsibilities

• Work within specified safety rules and procedures. Help identify and resolve safety issues.
• Clean oil/resin on the floor around the injection molding machines and maintain 5-s standards in the manufacturing area on machines, equipment and work areas.
• Assist in cleanup after mold changes.
• Perform general tasks including but not limited to conveyors, auxiliary equipment, hydraulic oil leaks, lubricant levels and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in Total Preventative Maintenance duties with the Operations Team Member.
• Maintain good relationships with team members and peers and assist when needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and 5-s in the oil reclaim area. Assist facilities maintenance with reclaim/filtering of good used oil.
• Other responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills
• Must work well in a team environment
• Must show strong safety awareness and good housekeeping skills
• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred
• Must successfully complete powered lift truck training
• Must successfully complete lock out/tag out training
