Now we need to decide sections.
We have compensation: $20.00 Hourly. That's Pay. So we need a Pay section with that info.
Schedule: The posting mentions "These are daytime, full-time positions. We have a 48-hour turnaround time on many locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed. Must be able to work overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends), dependent upon the needs of the business." That's schedule info. So we can have a Schedule section.
About the role: The initial paragraphs describing the role, mission, etc. Could be "About the role". We'll include that.
Responsibilities: The "Your Responsibilities as a Locator:" bullet list.
Requirements: The "What We Need from You (Our Requirements):" list.
Benefits: The "Why You'll Love Working for Us (Our Benefits):" list.
Qualifications: Not separate; maybe we can combine with Requirements? The instruction says use headings for Qualifications if present. There's no explicit qualifications separate from requirements. Could we treat Requirements as Qualifications? But we already have Requirements heading. We could omit Qualifications if no distinct content. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can skip Qualifications if not distinct.
Skills: Not explicit separate list; maybe we can include some skills in Responsibilities or Requirements. But we could create a Skills section if there is explicit skill list. There's "Proficiency with technology", "Able to distinguish between colors", "Able to read, understand, and reference locate tickets, as well as maps and prints.", "Able to communicate clearly". Those could be skills. But they are already in Requirements. Might be better to keep Requirements and not create Skills to avoid thin sections. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections.
We must not include headings with filler. Ensure each has substantive content.
Now format: Use for each heading. Then content: For prose use
. For lists use
- .
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details.
Let's extract each section content precisely.
About the role: Combine the introductory paragraphs before responsibilities.

We need to keep that as prose. Could be multiple
but we can combine into one
. It's okay. Responsibilities: The list after "Your Responsibilities as a Locator:" includes two sentences then bullet-like? Actually it's sentences: "Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems. Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate. These are daytime, full-time positions. We have a 48-hour turnaround time on many locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed. Must be able to work overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends), dependent upon the needs of the business." We need to treat as list of duties? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are more like sentences but could be considered a list. We'll make each sentence as
- . However we must preserve all info. Let's break into items: - Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems. - Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate. - These are daytime, full-time positions. - We have a 48-hour turnaround time on many locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed. - Must be able to work overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends), dependent upon the needs of the business. That seems fine. Requirements: The list after "What We Need from You (Our Requirements):" includes: - Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Previous outdoor experience is a plus. - Proficiency with technology - Available to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed. - Able to pass a drug screen (this is a safety-sensitive position). - Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record - Able to work in a confined space; walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. - Able to distinguish between colors used to identify wiring and mark underground utilities. - Able to read, understand, and reference locate tickets, as well as maps and prints. - Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners. Note there is a missing period after "Proficiency with technology". We'll keep as is. Benefits: The list after "Why You'll Love Working for Us (Our Benefits):" includes many items separated by periods and dashes. We need to extract each benefit as list items. Let's parse: "100% paid training – We're invested in you, starting on your first day." "High-quality company vehicle & fuel card – All work-related expenses are paid. This means you won't be putting mileage on your personal vehicle for work." "Company phone & equipment – Advanced technology you can count on." "DailyPay – Access your pay when you need it." "Comprehensive insurance options – A variety of excellent insurance choices including medical, dental, vision, and life." "401(k) with company match – We’ll help you save for the
