When texting, message and data rates may apply. View our terms and conditions here: https://www.usicllc.com/terms-and-conditions and our privacy policy here: https://usicllc.com/privacy-policy. We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe the intro paragraphs), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have compensation: $18.00 Hourly. So Pay section: $18.00 per hour. Schedule: The posting mentions: "These are daytime, full-time positions. We have a 48-hour turnaround time on many locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed. Must be able to work overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends), dependent upon the needs of the business." So schedule: daytime, full-time; may require overtime, weekend, on-call shifts, nights/weekends as needed. We need to include sections only if they have real specific content. So we can have: - About the role (intro paragraphs) - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (list) - Benefits (list) - Pay (maybe a paragraph) - Schedule (maybe a paragraph) We need to use

for each section heading. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list, requirements list, benefits list. We need to use

for prose. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Veterans encouraged, texting rates, terms and conditions, privacy policy. Also remove "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Veterans are encouraged to apply." Also remove "When texting, message and data rates may apply." Also remove the link lines. Also remove duplicated lines? Not sure. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the description about USIC, mission, etc. Also the part about "No prior locating experience is needed, but experienced locators are encouraged to apply!" That's part of About the role maybe. Also "Our technicians spend their workdays on the go, independently working in the field using their company-provided vehicle. We use best-in-class ticket and claims management systems to ensure clear and complete mark-out services for the excavator or property owner at the work site." That's also part of About the role. Also "Your Responsibilities as a Locator:" then list. Also "Why You'll Love Working for Us (Our Benefits):" then list. Also "What We Need from You (Our Requirements):" then list. Also compensation line: "Compensation $18.00 Hourly". So we need Pay section. Also schedule info: "These are daytime, full-time positions. We have a 48-hour turnaround time on many locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed. Must be able to work overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends), dependent upon the needs of the business." So schedule. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading (the page already shows it). So we don't add a heading for job title. We need to not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. There's "JOBS to 811DIG (811344)" - that's like a short code; we should drop it. We need to remove application instructions: "JOBS to 811DIG (811344) to connect with our hiring team today!" That's an application instruction; we should drop it. Also "When texting, message and data rates may apply." drop. Also "View our terms and conditions here: ..." drop. Also "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Veterans are encouraged to apply." drop (EEO). Now we need to produce HTML fragment. Let's structure:

      About the role

      ... paragraphs ...

We need to combine multiple paragraphs into maybe multiple

tags. But we can also combine into one

with line breaks? Better to separate logical paragraphs. We'll extract the intro text before "Your Responsibilities as a Locator:" as About the role. Let's copy that text: "Are you an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys independent field work and is looking to jump start your career? If you are a quality-conscious, safety focused, hard-working individual, then consider an exciting long-term career at USIC! The USIC name and brand are highly recognized and respected for our strong commitment to quality and safety. We could split into two paragraphs: first up to "growth, we’ve got you covered." second about training program etc. But it's okay to have one

with all. Now Responsibilities: "Your Responsibilities as a Locator: Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems. Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate." We need to make a list. The responsibilities are two sentences but could be broken into bullet points: maybe each sentence is a duty. We'll create

      • Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.
      • Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate.
Now Benefits: list after "Why You'll Love Working for Us (Our Benefits):" then a series of items separated by periods? Let's extract: "100% paid training – We're invested in you, starting on your
