Utility Labor PR02
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content.
We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove things like "Priority consideration will be provided to internal applicants first."? That's not boilerplate but maybe part of posting; but it's not a section heading. It's content; we can keep in appropriate section (maybe About the role). Also "Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience will be considered preferred." etc.
We need to parse content:
- Intro: "Join the Cobb Family and Grow With Us! At Cobb, we’re passionate about helping our team members thrive—both professionally and personally. That’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family in every stage of life. The best part- you’re eligible for benefits on day 1 of full time hire! Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour plus additional shift differential for evenings, nights and weekends."
- Then "What’s in it for you? Our competitive benefits include:" then list benefits.
- Then "Additionally, we offer incentives such as Cobb Rewards, New Hire Referral and Referral Bonuses, Paid Vacations, Paid Holidays, Overtime Eligibility, and Earned Time Off."
- Then "Ready to take the next step? Apply today and become part of the Cobb family! Priority consideration will be provided to internal applicants first. Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience will be considered preferred. Applicants must reside in the United States to be considered for an interview."
- Then "Requirements:" then list requirements.
- Then "Company: Cobb Location: Pocomoke Farms, Pocomoke, MD Schedule: Monday, Tuesday Wednesday,Thursday and Friday, including holidays Hours: 6:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Typically these positions generally average 40 hours a week. Work schedule is subject to change based upon production needs."
- Then "Pay: Starting pay - $18.00/hour"
- Then "Position Summary: Attend to and care for birds in growout houses; inspect birds to determine quality and progress by performing the below duties. Must be able to complete all production paperwork or data entry into a computer based tracking system or any tasks related to the job function."
- Then "Essential Duties and Responsibilities:" then list duties with percentages.
- Then "Biosecurity/Animal Welfare Requirements:" then list.
- Then "Physical Demands and Work Environment:" then list.
- Then "Tools and Equipment:" then list.
- Then "Environment:" then list.
- Then "Personal Protective Equipment Required:" then list.
- Then "Chemicals Commonly Used:" then list.
- Then "Safety:" then list.
- Then "Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America) Pay Range/Rate: $18.00 Incentives: Annual Incentive Plan: No Long-Term Incentive Plan: No Certain roles at Tyson require background checks...."
- Then "Any listed amounts represent the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available..."
- Then "Pay is just one part of Tyson’s total compensation package. Tyson will develop an offer..."
- Then "Hourly Applicants ONLY -You must complete the task after submitting your application to provide additional information to be considered for employment."
- Then "The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation."
- Then "Tyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc (EEO boilerplate) - we need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate.
- Then "CCPA Notice..." also boilerplate.
We need to remove all boilerplate: EEO, CCPA, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions (like "Apply today", "Ready to take the next step? Apply today..."). Also remove "Hourly Applicants ONLY -You must complete the task after submitting your application..." (application instructions). Also remove "Priority consideration will be provided to internal applicants first."? That's not exactly application instruction but maybe considered part of posting; but it's not boilerplate; we can keep as part of About the role or Requirements? It's about selection preference; we can keep in About the role.
We need to preserve all substantive info: benefits, pay, schedule, requirements, duties, biosecurity, physical demands, tools/equipment, environment, PPE, chemicals, safety, relocation assistance, work shift, incentives, etc.
We need to structure into sections: About the role (maybe includes intro, position summary, etc.), Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities), Requirements (the list), Qualifications? Not separate; maybe combine with Requirements. Skills? Not explicit. Benefits (list). Pay (starting pay plus shift differential). Schedule (hours, days). Possibly also "Incentives" could be part of Benefits or separate? But we only create sections if there is real specific content. Incentives are listed under benefits? Could be part of Benefits. But we already have Benefits section; we can include incentives there.
We need to avoid creating sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
Thus sections:
- About the role: include introductory paragraph, position summary, maybe also note about eligibility, internal applicant preference, US residency, etc.
- Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities (list).
- Requirements: the list of requirements (work history, rehire criteria, etc.)
- Benefits: list of benefits (health, dental, vision, disability, telehealth, mental health, well-being, 401K & stock options, company paid life insurance, free education, citizenship assistance, discounts, incentives like Cobb Rewards, referral bonuses, paid vacations, paid holidays, overtime eligibility, earned time off). Also maybe mention shift differential? That's pay.
- Pay: Starting pay $18.00/hour plus shift differential for evenings, nights, weekends. Also note base pay range etc.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm, typically 40 hrs/week, subject to change.
We could also include "Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT" as part of schedule.
We need to avoid duplicating content. Ensure we don't repeat job title.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:
