We need to output only HTML fragment with sections: headings

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented or summarized away detail. Arborist certification is desirable. Possession of Certified Pesticide Applicator's license is desirable. Other: Must act as a professional, employing a great deal of diplomacy to "sell" the Company's necessary vegetation control projects to the public. Courses in horticulture and/or vegetation management are desirable. Competency in GIS systems and Microsoft Office components such as: Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word in addition to other analytical tools is required. Extensive travel is required to inspect and plan for the Company's right-of-way maintenance program. - What You’ll Get: Utility Forester Associate $54,063 - $81,095; Utility Forester $63,496 – $95,242; Utility Forester Senior $74,551 - $111,826. In addition to a competitive compensation, AEP offers a unique comprehensive benefits package that aims to support and enhance the overall well-being of our employees. - Additional text: Where Putting the Customer First Powers Everything We Do At AEP... (mission statement) - maybe considered boilerplate? It's about company culture; not required but could be considered fluff. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The mission statement may be considered fluff but not explicitly prohibited. However we should keep substantive info; mission statement may be considered not essential but not prohibited. However we might keep it as part of "About the role" maybe. But we have no explicit "About the role" heading; we could create a section "About the role" with the job summary and maybe mission statement. However we must not create sections with filler. The mission statement is somewhat generic but still specific to AEP. It's not boilerplate like EEO. It's okay to include. - Compensation Data: Compensation Grade: SP20-004 Compensation Range: $54,063.00 - $93,188.50. This seems overlapping with earlier salary ranges. Might be duplicate. We should preserve all substantive info but avoid duplication. The earlier "What You’ll Get" gave specific ranges per level. The compensation grade and range maybe extra. We could include under Pay section. - Physical Demand Level: S – Sedentary Work... details. This is substantive; we could include under a section maybe "Physical Demands" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical demand not listed; we could maybe put under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably better to include under Requirements (since it's a job requirement). Or we could create a separate section but not allowed; we must only use those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. We need to decide which sections to include: - About the role: could contain Job Summary and maybe mission statement. - Responsibilities: could contain What You’ll Do list. - Requirements: could contain Other Requirements (work hours/travel, location), Physical Demand Level, maybe also education/experience? Actually education/experience is under What We’re Looking For (qualifications). So Requirements could be work hours/travel, location, physical demand. - Qualifications: could contain What We’re Looking For (education/experience). - Skills: could contain Other Preferences (license & certificates, GIS, Office, diplomacy, horticulture courses, etc.) - Benefits: could contain What You’ll Get (benefits package mention) plus maybe the compensation ranges? Actually Pay is separate. - Pay: could contain salary ranges per level and compensation grade/range. - Schedule: could contain work hours/travel? But we already put work hours under Requirements. However Schedule could be about work hours: 40 hours per week with overtime and travel as required, must be available for overtime callout including weekends and holidays. So we could put that under Schedule. But we already have work hours under Requirements; we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: Use Schedule for work hours/travel, and Requirements for other mandatory requirements like location, physical demand, maybe also education? But education is qualifications. Better: Follow typical structure: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (mandatory: work hours, location, physical demand), Qualifications (education/experience), Skills (preferred skills/certs), Benefits (benefits package), Pay (salary), Schedule (maybe not needed if we already covered work hours). But we need to include Schedule only if posting has real specific content for it. The posting does have work hours/travel requirements; we could put that under Schedule. Then Requirements could contain location and physical demand. Let's do that. Thus: - About the role: Job Summary + maybe mission statement (the "Where Putting the Customer First..." paragraph). That's substantive. - Responsibilities: the bullet list under What You’ll Do (we need to convert to
  • ). - Requirements: maybe we can include "Must live within 35-mile radius/40 roadway miles of the service location" and "Physical Demand Level: S – Sedentary Work..." as requirements. - Qualifications: education/experience options (Bachelor's + 2 years, Associate's + 4 years, HS + 6 years). - Skills: License & Certificates (knowledge and safe use of pesticides required, Arborist certification desirable, Certified Pesticide Applicator's license desirable), Must act as a professional employing diplomacy, Courses in horticulture/vegetation management desirable, Competency in GIS systems and Microsoft Office components (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) plus other analytical tools required, Extensive travel required (but travel already in Schedule? We'll keep travel maybe in Schedule). We'll include these as skills. - Benefits: "In addition to a competitive compensation, AEP offers a unique comprehensive benefits package that aims to support and enhance the overall well-being of our employees." Also maybe mention "Utility Forester Associate $54,063 - $81,095" etc? That's pay, not benefits. So benefits just that sentence. - Pay: Salary ranges per level and compensation grade/range: Utility Forester Associate $54,063 - $81,095; Utility Forester $63,496 – $95,242; Utility Forester Senior $74,551 - $111,826; Compensation Grade: SP20-004; Compensation Range: $54,063.00 - $93,188.50. - Schedule: Work Hours/Travel Requirements: 40 hours per week with overtime and travel as required. Must be available for overtime callout including weekends and holidays. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove duplicated lines: we have salary ranges duplicated somewhat; we keep both but they are not exact duplicates; they are similar but we can keep both as they provide different specifics (level-specific vs overall range). Might be okay. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting that are not boilerplate. Let's extract all substantive sentences: Job Summary: "Assign and recommend industry accepted management practices to provide corrective control of non-compatible vegetation conditions in utility rights of way to vegetation control contractors; inspect ongoing and completed assignments to assure contract compliance to reduce preventable vegetation interruptions of service and to provide, as much as practical, access to facilities for the purpose of repair and inspection." Job Description: "This posting represents a role which can be filled at multiple levels. The description below shows the requirements for the Utility Forester Analyst Associate (SG5) with increased requirements for the Utility Forester (SG6) and Utility Forester Sr (SG7) level." What You’ll Do list: each sentence. Other Requirements: "Work Hours/Travel Requirements: 40 hours per week with overtime and travel as required. Must be available for overtime callout including weekends and holidays. Must live within 35-mile radius/40 roadway miles of the service location" What We’re Looking For: education/experience options. Other Preferences: License & Certificates: "Knowledge and safe use of pesticides required. Arborist certification is desirable. Possession of Certified Pesticide Applicator's license is desirable." Other: "Must act as a professional, employing a great deal of diplomacy to "sell" the Company's necessary vegetation control projects to the public." Courses in horticulture and/or vegetation management are desirable. Competency in GIS systems and Microsoft Office components such as: Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word in addition to other analytical tools is required. Extensive travel is required to inspect and plan for the Company's right-of-way maintenance program. What You’ll Get: salary ranges per level and benefits sentence. Compensation Data: "Compensation Grade: SP20-004 Compensation Range: $54,063.00 - $93,188.50" Physical Demand Level
