About the role

Graphic Packaging International is expanding its production team. This role offers hands-on training in various departments including Food Services, Bowl/Tray Forming, Finishing, and Web Operations. You will learn about safety, product quality, and packaging processes.

Responsibilities

- Record production information using data entry skills. - Distinguish between colors as needed. - Read and comprehend English instructions. - Lift up to 50 pounds. - Apply basic mechanical and problem-solving skills. - Wear protective gear such as steel toe shoes, hair nets, safety glasses, and earplugs. - Work rotating shifts, including 12-hour shifts, and some weekends.

Requirements

- 1-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred. - Data entry skills. - Color differentiation ability. - Reading and comprehension of English instructions. - Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills. - Compliance with safety protocols and dress code requirements. - Ability to work in a drug and alcohol-free environment. - Ability to work in a tobacco-free campus setting.
