Utility Driver

Job Description

• Reading, writing and basic math skills are needed for this job.
• Must be mechanically inclined and be able to make minor adjustments to machines.
• Must be able to correctly read a ruler.
• Must be able to problem-solve to make sure that minor adjustments made to machinery are correct.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees and management.
• Knowledge of machinery will be needed to perform job.
• Self-managing with organization and time management skills.
• Able to properly use basic wrenches and tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Ability to work 12 hour day and night rotating shift.
• Work overtime as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50lbs.
• Work in warm environments.
• Hearing and vision ability to identify machine mechanics and work in noisy environment.
