Utility/Dishwasher (On-Call / SLC)

About the role

Works under the direction of the Kitchen Manager in the kitchen, providing clean dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. in a sanitary manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Completes orientation of running the dishwashing and pot washing machine
• Thoroughly cleans assigned areas and ensures that they have been checked prior to cleaning
• Assist in the line area and dining room when requested
• Adheres to posted cleaning schedule as necessary under supervision of superiors

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred
