Utility Crew Technician - 1st shift

Cooper Farms is hiring 1 shift Utility Crew Technician team member at our C-1 facility in Oakwood, Ohio (Paulding County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed. Pay and Schedule

Starting Pay: $19.35/hour, increasing to $21.30/hour after 90 days. Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance). Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:00pm; may require some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Haul manure and turkeys when needed
• Assist the Clean Out Crew when needed
• Assist in mowing, chopping, and plowing snow as needed
• Power wash trucks, trailers, and other equipment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must maintain a clean driving record
• Must obtain a medical certificate
• Must have general knowledge of machinery and maintenance skills
• Must be able to maneuver large vehicles/equipment
