The Utility / CDL Driver role involves a broad range of skills, including janitorial work, vehicle detailing, driving, and facility maintenance. You’ll work under supervision to complete daily tasks professionally and on time, collaborating well with others.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced duties under supervision while meeting Company standards.
- Maintain and protect company-owned property.
- Follow Company safety protocols and keep the work environment clean.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting mechanical issues or needed repairs.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Report all accidents and incidents involving company equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years’ experience in an applicable field.
- Must maintain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class B with air brake endorsement or higher.
- Must maintain a current medical card and meet or exceed U.S. Department of Transportation medical standards.
- Professional, positive attitude.
- Must pass drug and alcohol tests.
- Must be punctual.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and remain alert while driving for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling, and climbing to perform tasks.
- Good manual dexterity.
Pay
$20 to $25 per hour.
