About the Role

This position requires strong knowledge of processes, prints, and procedures, including hands-on proficiency in Brazing, Fin Press, Sheet Metal, Tubing, and other coil manufacturing disciplines and equipment. The role involves assisting less experienced operators, executing schedule requirements, and promoting safety in manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work in assigned area using required equipment and materials.
• Assist other operators in set-up and troubleshooting.
• Help coordinate schedule requirements and execute under Supervisor’s direction.
• Approve and monitor Quality and safety requirements.
• Ensure work area is left clean and organized.

Requirements

• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand Blue Prints.
• Experience lifting and moving heavy objects safely.
• Excellent attendance and attitude.
• Must use all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Good math skills.
