About the Role

This position requires the ability to safely load and unload equipment onto and off of trucks and trailers, wash equipment, inspect it, and communicate any damages when equipment is returned. Perform minor repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance services on equipment. Work in all weather conditions, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and interact with customers professionally and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment onto and off of trucks and trailers
• Wash and inspect equipment
• Communicate any damages when equipment is returned
• Perform minor repairs and inspections
• Conduct preventive maintenance services on equipment
• Work in various weather conditions
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers

Requirements

• High School diploma (required)
• College degree or continued education in a technical field (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible/shift hours

Skills

• General technical service skills or mechanical aptitude
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and software skills
