About the Role

The Utility Worker reports to the General Manager. This role includes washing dishes, pots, pans, and other equipment as assigned, and maintaining a clean work environment. Representing both the client and NEXDINE, this position requires excellent customer service in all aspects of the job.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Responsible for receiving product from vendors and organizing stock
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler
• Assist with food prep
• Other duties assigned by the Chef Manager

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Pay

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.
