Description Of The Responsibilities

• Fills in or “flexes” to stations as needed/assigned to cover staff absences.
• Provides training of newly hired and existing employees to support their respective area.
• Audits process accuracy, quality, and time standards to service customers and the company better.
• Educates operators on WI’s and deviations to meet quality, productivity, and compliance goals.
• Suggests improvements to WI’s as appropriate to keep documents correct, accurate, and create best practices.
• Supports engineering, R&D initiatives, and new product introduction (NPI).
• Supports their respective area with process audits, structured follow-up, and continuous training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
