Utilities Technical Lead

About the role

You will design, implement, migrate, administer, and support enterprise OpenText solutions integrated with SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA. The role requires strong Utilities industry knowledge combined with hands-on expertise across the OpenText ECM and CCM technology stack. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, upgrading, managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Tier 1 OpenText applications in complex on-premises and AWS cloud environments.

The candidate should understand both the technical and functional aspects of customer communications, enterprise content management, document archiving, SAP content integrations, billing correspondence, customer documents, regulatory communications, and high-volume document processing within a Utilities organization. The role also requires experience designing and building Agentic AI and machine learning solutions, including AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, document intelligence, model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, AI-powered automation, predictive monitoring, and intelligent document processing.

Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, migrate, administer, and support enterprise OpenText solutions integrated with SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA.
• Install, configure, upgrade, manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Tier 1 OpenText applications in complex on-premises and AWS cloud environments.
• Understand technical and functional aspects of customer communications, enterprise content management, document archiving, SAP content integrations, billing correspondence, customer documents, regulatory communications, and high-volume document processing.
• Design and build Agentic AI and machine learning solutions, including AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, document intelligence, model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, AI-powered automation, predictive monitoring, and intelligent document processing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Utilities, cloud, and SAP with strong hands-on delivery experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience as a team lead, technical lead, or delivery lead.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OpenText Application Support, Cloud Modernization, and AI Enablement.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience).

Pay

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:

• California: $73,800 to $218,800
• Cleveland: $68,300 to $175,000
• Colorado: $73,800 to $189,000
• District of Columbia: $78,500 to $201,300
• Illinois: $68,300 to $189,000
• Maine: $62,800 to $161,000
• Maryland: $73,800 to $189,000
• Massachusetts: $73,800 to $201,300
• Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000
• New York: $68,300 to $218,800
• New Jersey: $78,500 to $218,800
• Virginia: $68,300 to $201,300
• Washington: $80,200 to $201,300
