About the role
As a Utilities Clerk at the Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team, you will assist in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department, and assist customers on the store floor as needed. You will also properly bag groceries for customers when needed, carry out groceries for customers if requested, and maintain and retrieve store carts. Additionally, you will run price checks, assist with go-backs, assist with check stand upkeep, and remove waste from the parking area.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the maintenance of the store, focusing on the Produce Department
- Assist customers on the store floor as needed
- Properly bag groceries for customers when needed

Requirements
- Ability to read and write Spanish/English
- Interact with the general public and co-workers
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
- Write simple correspondence
- Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Perform basic PC/Outlook skills
- Have basic knowledge of retail management
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have basic PC/Outlook skills and a retail management certificate. Basic PC/Outlook skills are preferred but not required.
