UT Shearwave Lvl II Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UT Shearwave Lvl II Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a technician who values technical excellence, autonomy, and consistent work while contributing to high-profile industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform Shearwave Ultrasonic Testing (UTSW) in accordance with ASME, API, and AWS codes
• Conduct equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance
• Interpret and evaluate inspection data, calculations, and results
• Prepare clear, accurate technical reports
• Work independently in the field while collaborating with project teams
• Travel to job sites as required

Requirements

• Level II UTSW certification
• Hands-on experience with UTSW equipment and software
• Strong understanding of ASME, API and AWS codes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Background in utility, oil & gas, or power industries
