USI Marketing Product Manager

As part of USI Marketing, you will define the product vision and strategy, monitor industry trends, and conduct business analysis to synthesize key insights that inform the portfolio roadmap and guide execution of tactical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the COE team to align on strategic priorities and best practices, support forecasting processes, and assist in analyzing performance drivers to identify opportunities for growth.
• Understand the reasons behind product and portfolio performance, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and communicate findings effectively to senior leadership.
• Manage, develop, and implement marketing, sales, and other activities to achieve necessary business outcomes.
• Evaluate market, economic, and competitive factors affecting product performance and perform fact-based data analysis to identify critical business insights.
• Work with advanced data models and analytics.
• Prioritize new features, orchestrate and execute product development.
• Lead new product development initiatives as marketing or overall development lead across multi-functional teams.
• Coach others in less senior positions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
• Three (3) years of work experience in product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements (a related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years of experience).
• Knowledge of competitive, market, and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, quantitative, problem structuring, and solving skills.
• Strong executive presence and human relations skills.
• Strong project management experience.

Pay

• Memphis range: $6,511.62/month - $10,744.16/month
• Pittsburgh range: $6,854.33/month - $11,309.65/month
• Plano range: $6,854.33/month - $11,309.65/month

Schedule

This is a hybrid position. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the Memphis, TN; Pittsburgh, PA; or Plano, TX campus location.
