About the role
Oversees User Services Operations Sunday through Thursday evenings. Shares oversight and responsibilities of the User Services functions that include: Collection Maintenance, Inventory, Microforms Printers/Copiers/Scanners, patron safety and compliance, and stewardship of the building. Hires, schedules, trains, supervises and evaluates student employees in all aspects of customer service and other functions of the unit. Employee Group: Supervisory Technical Staff.
