User Experience Designer – Enterprise AI Platform

This role focuses on designing the experience layer for iHub, a unified enterprise web application serving both internal and external users. iHub integrates with Jarvis to enable conversational access to information, presenting dynamic results through interactive tables, visualizations, and graphical experiences. The designer will lead UX discovery, create personas, map information architecture, and define end-to-end user journeys that address varying user roles, permissions, and workflows. A key responsibility is to establish an AI/Jarvis interaction model that translates generative AI outputs into actionable insights, ensuring clarity and usability across the platform. Responsibilities Lead UX discovery and research to inform design decisions for iHub Develop personas, user journeys, and information architecture tailored to enterprise workflows Define and document an AI interaction model for conversational interfaces Design wireframes and high-fidelity, responsive prototypes in Figma Create reusable UI patterns for complex tables, filtering, drill-downs, charts, and dashboards Establish a scalable design system for iHub, ensuring consistency and developer-ready specifications Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across all deliverables Skills And Requirements Proven experience designing enterprise B2B SaaS products, with a focus on complex workflows and data visualization Expertise in conversational UX and AI-driven interfaces Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping Strong understanding of responsive product design for web applications Ability to translate technical requirements and AI outputs into intuitive user experiences Experience creating developer-ready specifications and collaborating in cross-functional teams Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with user roles, permissions, and security considerations in enterprise environments About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
