About the role
Aorzon Technologies is seeking a Senior UX Designer with extensive experience in SaaS and multi-industry applications.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for SaaS and enterprise applications.
- Create detailed wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Stay current with the latest UX trends and technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS and enterprise applications.
- Expertise in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience designing desktop-first applications with responsive design principles.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
- Experience with UX research and user-centered design methodologies is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
