About the role
Epic is seeking a UX Designer to lead experience and visual design for several development teams. The ideal candidate will act as a key member of the design team, collaborating closely with developers to create intuitive, beautiful applications.
Responsibilities
- Meet with end-users to understand their unique needs and workflows
- Research user workflows and observe applications in use
- Work alongside developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture
- Demonstrate ideas through various levels of design fidelity: sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or greater in related field
- Experience or education in user-centered design techniques
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills
Qualifications
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and will be fully reimbursed
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
