About the role

Epic is seeking a UX Designer to lead the experience and visual design for several development teams. This role requires relocation to Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

Meet with end-users to understand their unique needs and workflows
Research user workflows and observe applications in use
Work alongside developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture
Demonstrate ideas through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

Requirements

Education or experience in user-centered design techniques
Bachelor's degree or greater
Strong portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Covid-19 vaccination
