About the role
Epic is seeking a UX Designer to lead experience and visual design for several development teams. This role requires relocation to Madison, WI.
Responsibilities
- Meet with end-users to understand their unique needs and workflows
- Research user workflows and observe applications in use
- Work alongside developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture
- Demonstrate ideas through various levels of finish: sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Requirements
- Education or experience in user-centered design techniques
- Bachelor's degree or greater
- Reimbursement for relocation to Madison, WI
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Qualifications
- Strong user experience and visual design skills
- Experience with UX/UI design tools and platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of information architecture and usability principles
