About the role
Epic is seeking a UX Designer to lead the experience and visual design for several development teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with users to understand their needs, conduct research, and collaborate with developers to create intuitive and visually appealing applications.
Responsibilities
- Meet with end-users to gather insights and requirements
- Research user workflows and contextual usage of applications
- Work alongside developers to design applications with sound information architecture
- Demonstrate ideas through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or greater in related field
- Experience or education in user-centered design techniques
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience and visual design skills
Qualifications
- Ability to relocate to Madison, WI
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Eligible to receive financial relocation assistance
