About the role

We are seeking a UX Designer to lead the experience and visual design for several development teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with users to understand their needs, conduct research on workflows, and collaborate with developers to create intuitive and visually appealing applications.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with end-users to gather insights and requirements
  • Research user workflows and contextual usage of applications
  • Work alongside developers to design applications with sound information architecture
  • Demonstrate ideas through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

Requirements

  • Education or experience in user-centered design techniques
  • Bachelor's degree or greater
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
