User Engagement and Training Specialist SME (TS/SCI with a CI Poly)

About the role

The User Engagement and Training Specialist SME (TS/SCI with a CI Poly) is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of security clearances and polygraph certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user engagement and training.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Factors, Psychology, or related.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.
• Knowledge of security clearances and polygraph certifications.

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
