User Acceptance Tester I - Remote

Responsibilities
- Define and document business requirements in partnership with business and IT stakeholders
- Plan, develop, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing strategies
- Perform end-to-end and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements
- Analyze system enhancements to assess process impact, financial implications, and technical performance
- Identify, track, and manage defects, including severity, frequency, and resolution
- Validate system functionality using data analysis and testing tools
- Document test results, summarize findings, and obtain business approval
- Monitor post-production performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements
- Proactively identify risks, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement efforts
- Support user adoption through documentation, training, and system demonstrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience, or High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing and system validation

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, HEAT, SBM)
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall)
- Experience with data analysis and system validation techniques
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, revenue cycle management, and HIPAA
- Knowledge of Labcorp systems

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are eligible only for the 401(k) Plan. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule receive all benefits except PTO or FTO.
Pay
Pay Range: $45,000 - $60,000

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
